Kai Braden is all about fresh Cali vibes with that New York swag. Growing up with Taekwondo and tennis, Kai’s fitness career has evolved simultaneously with his acting and modeling career. If you take his group fitness class, get ready for a mix between strength, gymnastics, and conditioning accompanied by body-rollin’ hip hop and dirty deep house.
Kai enjoys helping people become stronger, faster, and healthier, both in-person and through virtual platforms. Whether the goal is general health & fitness or competitive & professional level training, Kai adapts to the needs of his athletes to best guide them— Ike Taylor (during NFL off season), DJ Vice (for Nike trail runs), and Zac Efron (for “Baywatch,” “The Greatest Showman”) to name a few.
