Kai Braden is all about fresh Cali vibes with that New York swag. Growing up with Taekwondo and tennis, Kai’s fitness career has evolved simultaneously with his acting and modeling career. His favorite CrossFit workout is “Amanda,” and if you take his class, get ready for a mix between body-rollin’ hip hop and dirty deep house.

Serving his athletes as a coach at Fifth Ave Gym, Orangetheory Fitness, and WillyB Fitness is extremely fulfilling. He gets to help people become stronger, faster, and healthier. Whether the goal is general health & fitness or competitive & professional level training, Kai adapts to the needs of his athletes to best guide them— Ike Taylor (during NFL off season), DJ Vice (for Nike trail runs), and Zac Efron (for Baywatch) to name a few.
